Jerry joined Electronic Data Systems, www.eds.com, in 1973 in the Systems Engineer Development program. After spending his initial train on Wall Street supporting several brokerage houses, he entered the technical training in Dallas and then on to become a Systems Engineer in the Life Insurance industry. After spending two years supporting existing clients, he becam part of an implementation team that at the time was installing the most advanced life insurance system in the industry. He eventually went on to be the Account Manager supporting both CNA, www.cna.com, and Allstate, www.allstate.com.
In 1984, GM, www.gm.com, agreed to purchase EDS. Jerry was part of the initial start-up team and eventually went on to be the Account Manager for a GM division, Detroit Diesel, www.detroitdiesel.com.
In 1989, Jerry joined Perot Systems, www.perotsystems.com, as one of the first 125 employees, where he played an integral part in the start-up of the company. During his time there he led several efforts and was part of the leadership team for the ground breaking relationship with insurance holding company, ICH.
In 1995, Jerry joined a Canadian based sompany, SHL Systemhouse where he helped establish its first Outsourcing Center in the US as part of a contract with FMC Corporation, www.fmc.com. During his time there he established an elite sales support team to help support the expanding outsourcing business in the US and was also an integral team member who designed and implemented an award winning LAN product for small businesses.
