Patient Responsibility: If a patient were responsible for balance due, they would be placed in our collections and judgment files. Here, the patient would be called, letters would be sent regarding your bill. We will check the patient's assets and if needed, file a judgment. Once filed we can then enforce the judgment by putting liens on property and assets. If the patient could not be located, we could find them through our latest skip tracing software.
