Ralph joined American Health Benefits in 2005 with a background in government electronics, consumer electronics, and semi-conductors. His professional career of over 40 years with Texas Instruments and Raytheon encompassed finance, manufacturing, and the development of defense and government electronics, space, information technology, and special mission aircraft. He has served in international assignments in England, The Netherlands, Korea, Tiawan, and El Salvador, Central America. His expertise includes the management of large projects with extensive software content which has prepared him to serve in this role. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Management from North Texas State University.
