RESUMES OF CORPORATE OFFICERS

As President of Anterra, Mr. Hoffmann directs the company's operations, strategic plans and marketing. Prior to the formation of Anterra, Mr. Hoffmann served as Vice President-Treasurer for Murray Properties Company for six years. While at Murray, Mr. Hoffmann was responsible for all financial reporting for Murray's public and private real estate limited partnerships, including all Securities and Exchange Commission reporting. He was also instrumental in securing debt restructuring and loan modifications on investment property debt. From October 1983 until joining Murray in 1985, he was Controller for Teleci Inc., a telecommunications company in Irving, Texas. From 1979 to 1983 he was with Price Waterhouse and Co. Mr. Hoffmann received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979 and a Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University in 1977. He is a Certified Public Accountant.  

Sandy Robison Vice President-Controller.  

Ms. Robison is responsible for all accounting and tax reporting for all apartments or properties under management and for Anterra. Ms. Robison joined Anterra’s predecessor company in 1983 as a file clerk and has worked in all areas of the Accounting Department since that time. Specifically, she has served as an accounts payable clerk, accounts receivable supervisor, staff accountant, Systems Manager and Assistant Controller. Ms. Robison holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.  

Susan Field Regional Manager.  

Ms. Field is responsible for the direct property supervision of six properties in Texas totaling 1,368 units. Prior to joining Anterra, Ms. Field was employed as a Regional Property Manager for Fath Properties for 10 years and as Leasing Director for Lincoln Properties Company for five years. Ms. Field received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Randolph-Macon College.

David Mozena Regional Manager.  

Mr. Mozena is responsible for the property supervision of nine apartments or properties (1,952 units). Prior to joining Anterra, Mr. Mozena served as a Regional Property Manager for six years with Camco Properties overseeing seven apartments or properties in various states. Prior to serving as a Regional Manager David worked as an on-site manager for four years in Dallas and a Hotel Manager for eight years in Florida, Louisiana and Texas. 

Pam Sills Regional Manager. 

Ms. Sills is responsible for the property supervision of four apartments or properties (874 units) in San Antonio, Austin and Corpus Christi. Prior to joining Anterra, Ms. Sills served as a Regional Manager for several different fee management companies overseeing portfolios ranging from 1,700 – 2,000 units in Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Corpus Christi. Her management experience lies in conventional and tax-credit financed properties, as well as existing and new construction lease-ups. Ms. Sills has served as the Secretary for the San Antonio Apartment Association.
