Scott A. Barnes, Chief Executive Officer of ArtBanc International, Inc.

Mr. Barnes is the founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the development and implementation of ArtBanc’s business strategies and management of the overall management team.

Mr. Barnes is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Barnes Industries, Inc., a private investment firm. Mr. Barnes is a former officer and member of the Board of Directors of W.J. Morrill, Ltd., Inc. a fine art gallery established in 1796 with operations in London and Dallas. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Barnes was a Director with AlixPartners, LLC, an international management consulting firm, and was with a predecessor firm Jackson & Rhodes, P.C. from 1993 to 2002 as a shareholder and Vice-President. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Barnes was employed with KPMG.

Mr. Barnes is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University), and a M.B.A. with concentrations in strategic management, international business and finance from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He is the founder and Chairman of the Rodinia Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation based in Dallas, Texas, and is a member of the board of directors of the Dallas Round Table.
