Artisan Lifestyle Homes was originally founded by partners and employees of a nationwide home building firm that operated in Texas, Virginia, Georgia and South Carolina. The founders of Artisan Lifestyle Homes decided to move back to their roots in the North Texas area to provide custom home building services to the residents there.

At Artisan Lifestyle Homes, we'll take you through a two phase, multi-step process for your custom home. First, we go through a 6 week pre-construction phase which involves:
- Lot selection
- Financial planning
- Architectural planning meetings
- Plan design selection
- Engineered foundation design
- Materials and color selection
- Site soils analysis
- Drainage analysis
- 3D imaging and rendering
- Square footage breakdown
- And more
Phase 2 is the construction phase (20 weeks) where we will:
- Execute the final contract
- Provide weekly photography updates
- Provide weekly status updates from the superintendent
