CE Tours: Tour Director Job Opening

Collegiate Exploration Tours (CE Tours) utilizes tour directors for each and college tour. This role serves as a liaison between the tour group leaders, chaperones, and the tour / trip service providers. This assistant is responsible for ensuring that the highest level of quantity and safety are maintained throughout the trip.

Task and Responsibilities:

Maintain communication with the bus driver, tour group leaders, and chaperones

Manage hotel check-in

Manage timeliness for all trip activities

Communicate time schedules and meeting locations to group leaders for each destination

Diffuse any potential issues / problems

Assist motor coach driver in navigating to destinations

Read and navigate maps and directions for destinations

Manage the integrity and liability of the trip

Experience in education and working with students is a plus
