Clearview/ CVSourcing was engaged to design, build and relocate the corporate data center for the 8th largest healcare system i nthe US.
Problem Encountered
This major healthcare company, one of the largest in the world, decided to build a new data center and renovate an existing data center to accommodate massive growth. Coinciding with the project, major upgrades to the entire technology infrastructure were planned to support new and existing applications. Clearview/ CVSourcing was responsible for managing a $16 million budget and developed a three tiered strategy to ensure the client was successful.

Results
Because of the nature of the applications, minimizing downtime was extremely critical. The infrastructure consisted of over 500 servers and hundreds of other devices, all of which needed to be relocated to facilitate construction and renovation. Included in the new construction was the design and implementation of Network Operations Center and a Technology Lab.
Clearview managed the entire project which was on schedule, under budget, and most importantly with no unscheduled downtime.
