Caring for Chocolate Prescription healthy chocolates is very easy to do!  Chocolate Prescription is best when stored in the original wrapping and kept in a dry, cool place.

Chocolate Prescription healthy chocolate should be kept away from direct sources of heat, and should not be in direct sunlight

For a shelf life of a year or longer, store your supply of Chocolate Prescription chocolate around 60 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit.  It’s best not to keep your chocolates close to a window or in a space with direct sun, even if the weather is cool.

Sometimes chocolates have a tendency for easily absorbing odors. To avoid this type of absorption, store your supply of chocolate away from any container that may have an odor.

Storing your chocolate in the refrigerator is not a very good idea either, as it will be more prone to bloom when coming back to room temperature.  A drastic change in temperature causes chocolate bloom.  This occurs when there are white and gray cloudy patches on the chocolate surface. While the clouds may not look appetizing, chocolate that has bloomed can still be enjoyed as the bloom does not affect the taste of the chocolate.
