Proper Chocolate Storage, Caring for Chocolate

Chocolate Prescription dark chocolate is made with 72% cacao and should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

What should I do if Chocolate Prescription dark chocolate arrives, and is warm?
If you receive your supply of Chocolate Prescription chocolate and the package appears to be a bit warm, simply put your healthy chocolate in a cool and dry place, leaving the chocolate bars undisturbed until they come to room temperature.

What is the best way to transport my Chocolate Prescription?
If you want to take your Chocolate Prescription with you to a friends house, across the city or simply to work, its easy to do!  If it is warm outside, simply place your box of Chocolate Prescription dark chocolate in an cooler or a box, and cover it with a bubble wrap or a towel. In order to keep your chocolate cool during transportation, we suggest putting an ice pack on top!  You can also just put the chocolate in your car and turn on the air conditioner full blast.  Be careful not to put the chocolate on the seat if it is hot from the summer sun and keep it out of the direct rays of the sun.
