Faster is Better

We pushed some performance enhancements to production for directory.leadmaverick.com today.  The front page loads about 600% faster, the individual content pages load about 1400% faster.

But saying "WOW, great job Lead Maverick IT department", is like saying to the vandal, "Hey, you really cleaned up your graffiti well.  Good job!"  The problems should never have been there, but now that they are ,you'll see dramatic improvements.

So a while back I mentioned a project we were working on so that customers could customize the look and feel of their landing pages and individual content pages.  As you can tell, that has been put on hold to take care of some of the more glaring, nagging issues (ex. slowness of directory.leadmaverick.com).

We still a few more things we'd like to get out the door before we get back to work on customization, but never fear, you'll get to pick your hyperlink colors soon enough.
