When the practice rounds and Pro-Am began earlier this week, the tee box on the 13th hole was located by the cart path on the left side of the water hazard.
When the official rounds started Thursday, the tee box was moved to a different location adding about 10 yards to the pond in the middle of the hole. So far only one golfer found his ball in the drink today.
Thus far, the golfers approach shots have been different and currently only four players have had birdies today. Seven golfers have bogeyed and three unlucky competitors have double bogeyed. This leaves about 1 in 5 golfers making at least a bogeys or worse on the hole so far.
