Golf is a gentleman's game, but then again so is poker. What not a better way to combine the two than by placing bets on how a pair of golfers will fare at a hole.
While standing on 16, I saw a couple gentlemen exchange no less than $110 in about 7 minutes. Everything from who would birdie or bogey on a 10 by looking at the leader board to if the iron shot on 16 would land in the rough or on the green. If there was something to warrant a transaction these two fellows would do it.
Oh, the white collar life.
