Position: Division Chief Compliance Officer

We are a big company with a small company feel. The position of Division Chief Compliance Officer is a newly created position to serve a particular business unit. You will report to the CEO of the business unit and to the Corporate Chief Compliance Officer. You will have autonomy to implement new policy and procedures that address your vision of compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Division Chief Compliance Officer is a member of the business unit’s Senior Management whose overall responsibility is to ensure the effective operation of ethics and compliance programs. The general duties and responsibilities of the Division Chief Compliance Officer encompass developing systems, processes and policies designed to ensure compliance with Federal healthcare program requirements for Third Party Billing Companies. The Division Chief Compliance Officer is also responsible for ensuring that the business unit operations are in compliance with the Corporate Integrity Agreement and with all risk areas identified in the OIG Guidance for Third-Party Billing Companies.

REQUIREMENTS:
•   A Masters or J.D. is strongly preferred with at least ten years experience in Third Party Billing compliance matters.
•   A demonstrated track record of superior performance in leadership roles.
•   The successful candidate will be recognized for demonstrated knowledge in compliance process improvement and the requirements of Third Party Billing under Federal healthcare programs.
•   Experience in management of compliance programs operating under a Corporate Integrity Agreement with the OIG and HHS is preferred.
