RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    The Audit Senior will plan and conduct independent internal audits and reviews in support of the company’s annual internal audit plan, including leading and participating in a wide variety of financial, operational, regulatory, and specialty audits.
•    Audit test programs will be developed by the Audit Senior.  Tests are then conducted to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
•    Prepare audit findings and recommendations that clearly communicate the risks, in terms of impact to the business and root cause, and key audit issues from a Senior Management and Audit Committee perspective.
•    Assistance and guidance to the external auditors is provided by the Audit Senior to ensure the timely and efficient completion of their audits.
•    Work with business management to develop creative, practical recommendations and solutions to business process and control concerns.

REQUIREMENTS:
•    Successful Audit Senior candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
•    A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
•    Three+ years audit, accounting, finance or related experience in public accounting or with a large/dynamic company
•    MBA, CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent is preferred.
