Conselium Announces Placement of Chief Contracts Counsel at Novation in Las Colinas, Texas.

As Chief Contracts Counsel Mr. Richman will be responsible for:
- Reviewing, negotiating and approving Novation Group Purchasing contracts on behalf of the Legal Department.
- Reviewing other contracts, such as 340B membership and services agreements, custom agreements, e-commerce agreements, etc.
- Conducting various legal issues training classes for Novation employees.
- Performing general corporate counsel functions such as advising client departments on a variety of legal issues.
- Responding to various supplier and member issues.
Prior to joining Novation Mr. Richman was Senior Legal Counsel at the Naval Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, U.S. Naval Hospital, WA.
