Areas of Responsibility: Chief Compliance Officer
• Oversees the Corporate Compliance Program, functioning as an
independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance
issues/concerns within the organization.
• Ensures the
Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with the
rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and
procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization
meets the company’s Standards of Conduct.
• Develop and refine all compliance functions related to hotline, policies & procedures, investigations and training.
Job Opening Requirements for Chief Compliance Officer
• Previous experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager required.
• Experience managing compliance assessments and responsible leadership experience.
• Proven experience developing and submitting audit and compliance
reports to boards of directors, governing bodies, legal entities and/or
external auditors.
• Experience with financial audits.
Compensation for Chief Compliance Officer
• Base salary up to $120,000
