We
are representing a Global Pharmaceutical client with an office in
Boston, MA. They are experiencing one year revenue growth of 25% and
cumulative six year revenue growth of 182%.
The client is currently targeting individuals in the San Jose, California area to fill its Senior Counsel position.
Reporting
to the Deputy General Counsel, you will be responsible for providing
counsel on all matters related to the development and approval of all
advertising, promotional and training materials related to product
promotion.
Responsibilities of Senior Counsel:
- Serve
as legal expert on material review teams, and other cross-functional
teams that develop or guide the development of promotional material.
- Provide
counsel and assistance to marketing, sales and reimbursement and
national accounts regarding the development of concepts, promotional
pieces and communications materials for use in the U.S.
- Provide
training and updates to sales, marketing and reimbursement management,
field sales representatives, and reimbursement area managers.
- Maintain
a thorough understanding of government policies, guidelines and
regulations related to labeling, promotion and advertising for products.
Qualifications of Senior Counsel:
- 5 years of experience within the biotech/pharma industry providing in-house legal counsel
- Experience in the areas of sales, marketing, promotions and advertising
