Palm Beach, FL
We
are representing a Global Fortune 1000 manufacturing client with an
office in Palm Beach, Florida. They are a leader in their industry.
Reporting
to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing
and implementing the Company’s Compliance Program for its operations in
Florida as well as assist with implementation of compliance program in
Latin America.
You will work with operation leaders and the
Chief Compliance Officer to integrate appropriate compliance controls
into the Company’s commercial operations and research and development
to ensure compliance with all applicable anti-corruption and anti-fraud
Company policies and laws.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF COMPLIANCE MANAGER:
- Implement
and enforce the Company’s Business Ethics Policies and Global
Anti-Corruption Policies, and to review and update these policies as
necessary to meet specific needs.
- Provide annual training on
the Company’s Business Ethics Policies and Global Anti-Corruption
Policies for all European subsidiaries and third-party distributors and
agents in the network.
- Provide guidance on compliance-related issues and compliance approvals, as appropriate.
- Work with the operations leaders to integrate Compliance controls and procedures into appropriate commercial strategies.
- Monitor Annual Needs Assessment processes for the operations.
- Coordinate
Compliance needs with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Human Resources,
Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Customer Service, IT and Sales and
Marketing.
- Work with Internal Audit to ensure compliance risks are identified and covered in routine audits.
- Follow up on leads from Compliance hotline and perform relevant due diligence / investigations, as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS OF COMPLIANCE MANAGER:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
- Compliance and/or Audit background preferred with at least four years experience in compliance.
- Spanish speaker a plus.
