Mr. Paul Liebman joined this Fortune 100 Company on June 16, 2008.
As Director of Global Compliance, Mr. Liebman will oversee all aspects of the Company’s worldwide ethics and compliance program. He will be responsible for:

His other previous positions include Global Compliance Counsel for Koch Industries and Environmental Counsel for Exxon Oil Company. Mr. Liebman is an active member of the Ethics & Compliance Officer Association (ECOA), the Open Compliance & Ethics Group (OCEG) and the Compliance & Ethics Leadership Council (CELC).
