Mr. William Hrubes joined Novation as its Senior Director of Ethics and Compliance on January 28, 2008.
As Senior Director of Ethics and Compliance (E&C), Mr. Hrubes will report to the General Counsel and be responsible for the following:
• Building an E&C program from scratch that includes a hotline, investigations, and training.
• Integrate the E&C program into the corporate culture.

• Building a team of 5 direct reports.

Prior to joining Novation, Mr. Hrubes was the Global Compliance Officer for Gambro, a leader pharmaceutical innovation and distribution. He also served as the Compliance Officer for Fresenius Medical Care.
