Mr. Don Bartz joined Flowserve Corporation as Internal Controls Director on August 22, 2005.
As Internal Controls Director, Mr. Bartz will:
• Oversee, manage, and supervise the work performed by Internal Controls team staff.
• Assist site personnel with the ongoing design and maintenance of site controls, including the maintenance of Internal Controls documentation.
• Perform project specific project management activities as part of the annual SOX compliance project.
• Conduct periodic testing and assessments of site controls.
Prior to joining Flowserve Corporation Mr. Bartz was Audit Senior Manager for BDO Seidman, CPA’s and Audit Senior Manager for Ernst & Young, CPA’s. Mr. Bartz is a CPA and member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPA’s.
