Conselium, an executive search firm specializing in compliance and audit, has just completed an executive search for an Internal Controls SOX Manager on behalf of Dallas, TX based Lennox International, Inc. Ms. Valerie Wolbrueck began her role of Internal Controls SOX Manager on December 30, 2005.
Ms. Wolbrueck will:
• Oversee, manage, and supervise the work performed by internal controls team staff personnel.
• Assist site personnel with the ongoing design and maintenance of site controls, including the maintenance of internal controls documentation.
• Perform project specific project management activities as part of the annual SOX compliance project.
• Conducts periodic testing/assessments of site controls.
Ms. Wolbrueck was previously Audit Manager with KPMG. She is a CPA and a member of the AICPA, Texas Society of CPA’s and The Institute for Internal Auditors.
