Tamim Shipchandler is responsible for Cyber Group Operations and its Strategic Direction, both in the U.S. and its wholly owned subsidiary in India. Additionally, he is General Manager of the company's Software Engineering Services Division. Tamim has served as interim President and Marketing VP for small companies that were either in emerging, merger or wind-down situations. Previously Tamim was a Managing Consultant for EDS, a role that required extensive experience in business, operations, programs, and international client management including offshore postings as country manager. At Texas Instruments (TI), Tamim had a proven track record (with profit and loss responsibilities) in directing and formulating business and product strategies, and creating lasting customer relationships. Assignments included new product developments, product launches, production, corporate IT strategy deployment, business alliance development and business divestitures - as an individual practitioner and as a member of the management team in TI's consumer, computer, defense, IT and semiconductor businesses.
