Doug Dickey received his accounting degree in 1979 from Sam Houston State University and received Certification by the Texas State Board of Accountancy shortly thereafter. With the exception of a short period as a controller for an SEC Registered Investment Advisory Firm, Mr. Dickey has been in public accounting since 1979. He is a member of the Houston Chapter of TSCPA's Management of Accounting Practice committee and on the board of Gabriel's Gifts Foundation. He, his wife Grace and son Jeremy have resided in League City since 1985.
Before joining First Heritage Capital, Diane Gallion was the Managing Director of Business Loans for Waterway Capital, a Houston-based firm specializing in the origination, funding, management and secondary market transfer of small business financial assets. In this capacity Diane actively provided direction and knowledge for the development and systems requirements of a proprietary software system that is unique to the specialized needs for SBA loan programs.
