Dallas Arboretum

The Palmer Fern Dell is a welcome oasis during the summer months as a micro-fine mist system regularly envelops the garden.  The misting system developed by NASA provides a cooling break for those walking the Palmer Fern Dell property, and averages 5-10 degrees cooler than any other area on The Dallas Arboretum property during summer months.
