Patrick Daly

Patrick Daly is experienced in current web trends, online social media, SEO (SEMPO Certified), and standards-based design. Patrick seeks to establish a strong foundation in advanced SEO and user experience.

Patrick Daly was born on December 6, 1984 in Denver, Colorado to Phil & Beth Daly. Patrick spent his first five years living in Aurora, Colorado and moved to Rhode Island for the following two years. He spent most of his youth growing up in The Woodlands, Texas. It was in The Woodlands that Patrick began his scouting career. Years later, when he was 16 he accomplished the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America.

After graduating from The Woodlands High School Patrick Daly attended the University of North Texas from 2003 to 2008 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. It was at college that he found his interest in web design. He started out small, building sites for friends and non-profit organizations for free until he eventually began his company, Develop Daly.

Develop Daly, the sole-proprietorship of Patrick Daly, began in January 2006 and has steadily increased in web site production.

Develop Daly is the blog and portfolio of web designer, Search Engine Optimizer (SEO), and WordPress fanatic Patrick Daly.

I’m 23, a University of North Texas graduate, SEMPO certified, an Eagle Scout, and an enthusiastic web designer.

I started Develop Daly in 2006 as a freelance web design company and have since grown exponentially (in knowledge & experience, not employees). I currently work for Lead Maverick full time and do freelance on the side. You can see my entire résumé here.

I love what I do and I love to be honest with my clients. This whole thing wouldn’t be fun for me if I couldn’t help people out and just what I’m doing when I’m creating something visually appealing and increasing rankings in search engines. In fact, I love what I do so much I’ve done several pro bono non-profit sites (CollegeLife, The Well of DBC, and others that have since gone offline).

I married my gorgeous wife on July 26, 2008. We met in school live in Corinth, TX (north of Dallas). She helps me keep things in order and will likely be helping me more and more as I take on new clients.
