As a publicly traded company, Denbury participates in many oil and gas conferences and needs to stand out from the rest of the companies. Its annual report, investor presentation information and theme need to carry through for the entire year, maximizing the impact of the creative message.
This year, the CEO http://www.ceos.org/ wanted to recreate a board game that he created as a teenager for the company. The board game would be creatively produced and handed out at conferences, to analysts, employees and investors. The annual report would incorporate the theme of the board game, Winning Strategies, to explain the strategies involved in the business. The annual report needed to be well recieved by the financial community thus attracting investors to the Denbury name and brand.
Solution
Eisenberg And Associates produced a board game called The Oil Game, and an annual report, titled Winning Strategies.

Carstens & Cahoon, LLP, a small Dallas-based boutique Intellectual Property law firm, http://www.cclaw.com/ needed to develop a creatively designed website that was complimentary to the brand identity Eisenberg And Associates created for its printed collateral and advertising. As a small firm, it wanted to be professional yet convey a creative “flair” that would make it stand apart and be unique. As an intellectual property firm, http://www.http//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intellectual_property_organization.com Carstens & Cahoon deals with large clients who have a lot of patent, copyright and trademark work, as well as law firms who sometimes need to outsource patent work for their clients, but do not have the capability in-house.
Solution
Using internally-produced illustrations to help on budget concerns, Eisenberg And Associates developed a corporate brand that makes Carstens & Cahoon stand apart from large law firms, as well as its peers. The brand carries through the brochure and website and advertising, to further enforce its message. Utilizing Flash, E&A brought the illustrations to life on the corporate website. If users do not have Flash, they will still be able to utilize the website with flat illustrations rather than animated graphics.
Results
With a new and improved corporate website, Carstens & Cahoon is no longer reluctant to pass its web address on to clients and prospective clients. In addition, they have added their web address to their stationery, to further encourage traffic. Each month, Carstens & Cahoon will add downloadable PDFs http://www.adobe.com/ to the “Useful Knowledge” section, to further encourage additional traffic. Through a monthly maintenance agreement, Eisenberg And Associates is able to quickly make changes to their website, adding and changing content when necessary.
