 EvictionResources.com (www.evictionresources.com) is a FREE Evictions How-To guide website. It was started by an attorney, and it gives landlords everything they need to file a successful eviction under Texas Law, including Free Eviction Forms (Free Eviction Notice Forms).  This website provides landlords a way to evict someone without the expensive legal costs of an attorney.

The focus of this website, EvictionResources.com (www.evictionresources.com) is on helping landlords in Texas evict tenants safely and legally using the provided eviction notice forms.

The website was launched in February 2008 with the purpose of providing a one-stop site where landlords could find all the information they needed to evict a tenant.   The site (www.evictionresources.com) includes an description of the eviction process in Texas, including how to use eviction forms.  Another tab provides all the forms including eviciton forms and the original petitions and miliatry affidavits, all necessary to successfully prosecute an evicition in Texas.  A message board allows landlords to give feedback, connect, and learn from eachother.  For example, if a landlord needs help filling out an eviction form or a petition, he or she can ask for help on the message board and wait for a response.  This is a very powerful tool for landlords.

The most common ground for eviction is unpaid rent. However, all kinds of evictions are covered by this website. Examples of other grounds for eviction include Holdovers (where the tenant stays after the lease has expired), damaging the property, or violating anything else in the lease agreement.  The eviction form provided on EvictionResources.com (www.evictionresources.com) covers evicting a tenant for unpaid rent.  The eviction notice form also covers evicting a tenant for other lease violations.

EvictionResources.com (www.evictionresources.com) provides the eviction form 100% free, allowing the user to do a free eviction.  The owner of the site is a landlord himself and knows how costly and time consuming doing an eviction can be.  He wanted to help out fellow landlords by providing this site (www.evictionresources.com) along with the eviction notice, original petition and military affidavit.  The free eviction forms come in 3 different versions.  One is a custum word document, the other is a write-in word document, and the last is a write-in pdf document.  It does not matter which one is used.

EvictionResources.com is based in Dallas, Texas. However, the website provides eviction forms and information to evict a tenant for every precinct in every county in Texas, and has plans to provide eviction forms and advice covering the entire United States.
