EvictionResources.com (www.EvictionResources.com) launches into cyberspace this week. This will mark a tremendous victory for the Attorney behind the website, who is also a landlord himself. He came up with the idea when he witnessed a fellow landlord forget some of the necessary documents needed during an eviction court case. Almost immediately, he started brainstorming for what is now known as www.EvictionResources.com. What came next was a whirlwind of gathering information and documents. After getting everything organized, a lot of late night writing sessions, and bit of artistic inspiration strewn about, the website was completed, and ready to start helping people.

www.EvictionResources.com aims to provide 100% free Eviction forms and advice.  If the advice and procedures on this website are followed, then a landlord should have no problem evicting someone without an attorney. This might sound strange for an attorney trying to cut himself out of the equation, but the creator is a landlord and he can sympathize with other landlords. By giving landlords the ability to evict someone at the minimum price and time, the landlords can then turn around and try to generate a new tenant. But how does the website do this?

www.EvictionResources.com aims to guide landlords through the confusing legal process of evicting a tenant. The website gives you a step by step guide on what you need to do and expect as a landlord going all the way from posting a three day notice to what to do after the judgment. www.EvictionResources.com also supplies free eviction forms for landlords to have at their disposal. Before, landlords had to physically go the courthouse to obtain a Forcible Entry and Detainer form or pay high prices at a website for a generic form, which might not even be useable in a given county. EvictionResources.com, on the other hand, actually makes available the same forms the counties themselves use. The website also features a message board for landlords to ask questions and give advice to each other. The message board covers many different topics, including an area where landlords can give eachor contractor referrals.  “With www.EvictionResources.com I hope to bring a sense of community to landlords,” said the creator, “This is a place where landlords can help each other by sharing tips, advice, and information.”

Currently, EvictionResources.com focuses on how to do an eviction in Texas.  However, the leaders at EvictionResources.com plan to expand the service to cover all 50 states.
