Tool & Die Shop Floor Supervisor Job Opening

 Person will be accountable for performance, cost and delivery scheduling of quality stamping dies for the tool and die department.  It will require supervision of metal manufacturing tool shop employees and associated processes; CNC Mill, Wire EDM, CAD and standard machining equipment.  Capable person will be responsible for quality of tools, troubleshooting and coordinating repairs as required by production.

Requirements:  Minimum 10 years Tool and Die hands on experience using the above equipment; strong leadership; proficient in math; blue print and tool design interpretation; metal stamping experience; excellent communication and analytical skills. ISO, 5S, CAD designing, and/or QC experience is a plus.  Employment pending drug screening results.  Benefits after 90 days. EOE.
