Preassembled Strainer Wood Frames composed of high quality solid wood stretcher strainer strips.

We hand glue and nail the strainer strips into a sold wood frame with 90 degree corners. Our stretcher bar frames offer HUGE savings in time and frustration so you can spend more time focused on your art and less time displaying it. Our stretcher bars have rounded faces to help prevent cracking of the canvas over time. Note, because our strainer frames are composed of high quality solid wood stretcher strips they may require the use of a higher quality nail gun to ensure the nails holding the canvas are seated properly.

S110 Stretcher Frame - 9/16” Tall and 1-5/8” Wide. Ready made and pre squared frames. Small profile ideal for 20x30 and smaller canvas that might be framed in a traditional wood picture frame. For larger canvas prints we recommend our S130 stretcher frames.

S120 Stretcher Frame - 3/4” Tall and 1-1/4” Wide. A little taller than our S110. Better for small gallery wraps but not too tall to frame with a traditional wood picture frame. Pre squared and ready made frames. Ideal for 20x30 and smaller canvas. For larger canvas prints we recommend our S130 stretcher strips.

S130 Stretcher Frame - 7/8” Tall and 2-1/4” Wide. Heavy duty profile ideal for large canvas that might be framed in a traditional wood frame. Pre squared and wont collapse during canvas stretching. For smaller canvas prints we recommend our S110 or S120 stretcher strips.

S140 Stretcher Frame – 1-3/8” Tall and 1-1/2” Wide. Heavy duty profile ideal for gallery wrap for unframed canvas or canvas framed in a metal or wood floater frame. Wont collapse during stretching and already pre squared and ready made.

S150 Stretcher Frame – 2” Tall and 1-1/2” Wide. Tall heavy duty profile ideal for gallery wrap for unframed canvas or canvas framed in a wood or metal floater frame. Ready made, presquared and wont collapse during stretching.

Note: Corners are not adjustable. If you need to adjust for canvas sagging use traditional tongue and groove stretcher bars.
