We will take care of all of the details during your special day so that you do not have to worry about a thing. Please talk to your event designer regarding a desired staffing level for your wedding reception.

Equipment includes items such as tables, chairs, bar and glassware, china, silverware, service ware, coffee service, bar service, etc.
There are several options to consider when it comes to choosing equipment for your wedding, whether it is full seating, partial seating, buffet, plated, standard equipment, premium equipment, etc. At Great Endings, our event designers will guide you in choosing what is best for your wedding and budget.
Special Events Catering: Linens
The options are endless when it comes to linens for your wedding. We will be happy to help you select the best option to accommodate your tastes and desires.
Our event designers will discuss with you your options for the guest tables, cocktail tables, buffets, food stations, bars, service tables, cake table, gift table, guest book table, etc.
Special Events Catering: Beverages
Great Endings can accommodate your entire bar needs. We are unable to purchase liquor for you, however; we will order it for you from a liquor store and have it delivered to your event. This is a complimentary service we provide. We have trained bartenders that we will price for your event. From a signature drink designed just for your special day to a fun beverage bar, Great Endings will meet all of the beverage needs of you and your guests.
Special Events Catering: Wedding Cake
Please note that our menus assume you will be providing the wedding cakes, bride’s and groom’s, which we will happily cut for you at no charge. We can also provide coffee service, including regular, flavored and decaffeinated coffee.
Special Events Catering: Event Designers
Our Event Designers are here to be a part of your planning process, assisting you with advice, suggestions on vendor choices and any other questions you may have! We can also help you with suggestions for cakes, photography, valet parking, floral, favors, entertainment, tents and other finishing touches. As your day draws near, you and your event designer will meet at your reception location to talk about the layout of the day, including placement of tables, bars, buffets (if applicable), cake table, gift tables, breakfast food and snacks for your wedding party, house party, and house guests, etc.
Special Events Catering: Pricing Guidelines
You will notice that we have not included prices, as we would like to give you a complete cost for your reception, including the menu, service fees, rentals, linens, and staff fees. Since each wedding is different (times, location, number of guests, etc.) we are unable to quote pricing for this packet. We customize menus to fit your tastes and budget, so you can create your own custom catered event.
