The On-Line Salary Survey System is available to participants for an annual subscription rate based upon hospital size.

Over 1,500 FTE's - $1000
Under 1,500 FTE's - $750
Non-participants may purchase an annual subscription that includes four quarterly summary reports for a price of $1,500
Data Export is available for an additional fee of $200
