Hector’s on Henderson
There’s no more genial host than Hector Garcia, proprietor of this stylish establishment. Smoked salmon on toasted brioche with chive crème fraiche and a kiss of caviar made an enticing appetizer, but the lobster bisque, accented with champagne and Brie, followed close on its heels. Grilled Texas snapper atop a white-bean puree with tomatoes Provencal on the side proved an absolute taste sensation. We finished this fine meal with the mini-banana-cream pie dotted with fresh seasonal berries.
