Todd Travers is a Senior Portfolio
Manager and the Head of Structured Products at Highland Capital Management, L.P.
Mr. Travers holds responsibility
for Highland Capital's structured products business, as well as serves as the primary Senior
Portfolio Manager for Highland’s CDOs. Todd Travers holds membership to the Credit
Committee, in addition to heading up the team responsible for structuring new
structured finance transactions and the implementation of additional
opportunities in Highland’s main businesses.
Todd Travers also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer for Highland Financial
Partners. This is an externally managed company focusing primarily on strategy and
sponsoring structured finance entities. Previously, Mr. Todd Travers worked
as a Portfolio Manager/Portfolio Analyst from 1994 to 1998 at Highland Capital.
Todd Travers previously held responsibilities including management of specified portions of Highland’s
leveraged loan and high yield debt portfolios, mainly pertaining to various industry sectors. Before joining the Highland Capital Management team, Mr. Travers was a Finance
Manager at American Airlines.
Mr. Travers earned his MBA from Southern, and graduated from Iowa State with a BS in Engineering.
He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
