Imaginuity Launches a New Website to Help Orange Grow
Orange, Texas, is located in the state's southeast corner on the Louisiana border and boasts numerous world-class attractions unbeknownst to many living outside the city. In order to educate people about all that Orange has to offer, Imaginuity Interactive recently launched www.watchorangegrow.com, the first phase of a marketing campaign that aims to establish Orange as the premier travel destination of Southeast Texas.
The site's homepages utilizes flash technology to display growing blossoms, a design that ties into the city's new logo (designed by Imaginuity) and represents the growth of Orange. A flash slideshow displays images of various attractions around town. The homepage also displays highlights and upcoming events scheduled throughout the city. Users can also visit the "Calendar" section of the site for a convenient listing of events throughout the upcoming months.
In order to facilitate support of the new marketing initiative, Imaginuity implemented a sign-up form so users can receive regular e-mail updates about upcoming events and the campaign itself.
