Jon Abbott, Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations, Jon is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client communication and project delivery, from the kickoff of the project to its completion. Jon leads Imaginuity’s Account Executive team and works closely with both the Director of Technology and the Creative Director throughout the project.
Jon began his account management career in traditional advertising, working for such clients as the United States Air Force and Rent-a-Center. Jon then moved to the interactive industry, where he managed clients such as The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Subaru of Canada, JCPenney, and TXU.
During his tenure at MARCHfirst/Divine, Jon has worked on such accounts as JCPenney.com, CentexHomes.com, TXU.com, and AA.com. While at MARCHfirst/Divine Jon began work as an Information Architect, where his focus was to build an informational and functional structure that provides a rational flow of content and interaction throughout the entire site. Additionally, he helped clarify the mission and vision for the site, balancing the needs of the client and needs of the audiences, while mapping out how the site accommodates change and growth over time. Jon began working at Imaginuity as both an Account Executive managing client relationships and an Information Architect developing the structure and usability of sites and applications.
