Video Marketing with Social Media Promotion, Builds Your Business, Credibility, Generates Revenue and a Loyal Customer Following

If a picture paints a thousand words, video paints a million. It's no secret that Video Marketing is one of the most powerful strategies being implemented in internet marketing today. Video combines the powers of internet marketing and television. When you produce written content you have to hope that the words will stir the reader to action. With Video, you can easily create reaction, curiosity, and excitement that can instantly elicit a positive response from your viewing audience. So the next question you're probably asking "is how do I get started?" Do you have a web camera or flip camera? If you do, you can start testing short video clips to find your style and design a script that will read like you've been doing video for years. Remember you want the the end results to provide a crystal clear message, one that directs the viewer as to what you want them to do. This is known as a "Call to Action". You can have on CTA or have 2-3 through out the body of your presentation. There are many ways to generate a CTA, so do your research on what will work for your business. You will want to keep your video length to approximately 3 -5 minutes as most people's attention span wanes after that, unless of course you have a captivating personality that whips them into a frenzy. Once you've got the script down and feel the video clip is ready to go, you need to test it by uploading it to You Tube. Now YouTube is a great place to start, but if you're getting into Social Marketing, you'll definitely want to start building a social media hub. Social Media Marketing and Video Advertising, Increasing Your Traffic Beyond You Tube, you need to start establishing a video advertising hub. This will allow you to expand your content through out the internet on multiple, websites, blogs and content networks in quick fashion. If you haven't already used Twitter.com, Digg.com, Linkedin.com and MySpace.com you need to establish a presence on these 4 sites as soon as possible. Don't overlook optimizing your descriptions with keywords. There is so much information on using keywords that I can truly state that it means all the difference between success and failure as it applies to any content, written or visual. You'll need to make your videos searchable online so use as many keywords in your content as possible. Remember, it's not just about who you know, it's who knows you, so begin by following other people that you find a common bond with and befriend them. You need to show a sincere interest in their work and eventually you might even partner with them on a Joint Venture project. Once you've built up a solid foundation of friends and followers, you will be able to send them your videos, articles and most any other ideas you're working on and the social movement will progressively happen over a short period of time, creating a viral habit around all your efforts. Now you need to take action, use the KISS principle and get your video working for you. For more information on video marketing, go to www.L7marketingsolutions.com or contact me at 972-672-2728.
