that identifies and honors the 100 fastest-growing privately held
companies in the Dallas area. To qualify for the Dallas 100, a
company must meet a number of criteria based on its legal status,
location, sales history, credit report, and character. Past winners include tech start-up Woot.com of Carrollton, Texas; Heelys wheeled footwear and driversselect.com The award is sponsored by Cresa Partners Realty, Dallas Business Journal, KRLD radio and Tatum LLC, among others, and culminates in an event at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, attended by more than 1,000 business leaders.

The partners each have over 25 years experience in the field, and together have successfully launched such brands as online mega-dating site Match.com, the Paris Hotel Las Vegas, Hotels.com, children's high-end salon Sweet and Sassy, boutique loft hotel group NYLO, among others. Additional clients include Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chao, Park Place luxury car dealerships, Rent-A-Center, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, mobile software industry leader Handango and others. Partners Diane Seimetz,David Wilgus and Michael Boone started Launch inside Dallas agency Temerlin McClain in 1999 with online grocer Groceryworks and eatzi's Market and Bakery as first clients, and spun off as an independent shop in 2003.
