We can, and do, spend lots of quality time with our clients working out their challenges and opportunities together — generally over snacks. We don't have to divvy ourselves up into pie-charts, bar graphs or Full Time Equivalents, because, frankly, we're a little afraid of what 27% of someone looks like. And now that we own our own shop, and truly walk the entrepreneur's walk, we have the freedom and privilege to make decisions we believe in, work with people we genuinely like, take a flyer every now and then, and never have to call "corporate" to get permission on anything.
