The second article in Dallas Business Journals is better only because his quote is dead on right about the VC community in Dallas.
One last point...one thing Jeff Williams pointed out is that you need a GREAT lawyer that is very experienced in VC deal making. We at Lead Maverick use David Rex with Jackson Walker.
