Company Description
MeTV Network, Inc., (MeTV) www.metv.com is a Nevada corporation that was formed in early 2002. MeTV acquired all of the assets of MeTV Networks, Inc. a Connecticut corporation (Predecessor) and Jetcast.com, Inc. (JetCast) a California corporation. MeTV paid for the assets of both companies by issuing Predecessor and JetCast shares of MeTV Common stock in a tax-free reorganization. In 2005, MeTV acquired Elephant Broadcast, LLC in an all stock transaction.
Predecessor was incorporated under the laws of the State of Connecticut on September 24, 1992 under the name Group E Communications, Inc. Predecessor was in the radio broadcasting business until April 1996, when it sold substantially all of its assets to a third party. Predecessor had no operations from April 1996 until April 1, 1999, when it commenced its business of providing videos on demand to broadband Internet users.
JetCast www.jetcast.com was incorporated in May 1999 and operated as an aggregator of Internet Protocol rights to well-branded entertainment content. JetCast sold content on a wholesale basis to customers that needed content for their retail Internet offerings. JetCast licensed content to Predecessor as well as companies like Microsoft, Vividon, Sightsound Technologies, Enron Broadband Services, and Speedcast.

Monetize Content: MeTV monetizes content through all methods, from direct distribution to IP delivery. We also operate web sites to monetize content through membership and free models.
Develop Solutions: MeTV has a menu of solutions for secure IP delivery to both the PC and television.
Develop Jetcast Grid - P2P Streaming Technology: MeTV developed the idea for and launched www.jetcast.com a web portal for both broadcasters and people to get and post preimum Live content with out incuring the traditional bandwidth costs.
