Jeff Pescatello, Co-Founder of MeTV Network, Inc

Mr. Pescatello has spent a large part of his career as an entrepreneur in the entertainment business. From 1986 through 1992, Mr. Pescatello worked for AM Radio Corporation. He began as an account representative and was promoted to General Manager in 1989. From 1992 to 1996 he served as President of Group E Communications and served over 2.4 million listeners in New England. After having grown Group E’s advertising sales by more than 100% for three consecutive years, Mr. Pescatello sold all of the assets of Group E for a substantial profit in April 1996. From February 1996 to June 1999, Mr. Pescatello worked for Ortronics, Inc., a leading telecommunications-cabling manufacturer as Regional Vice President – Canada. Under Mr. Pescatello’s management, Ortronics’ business in Canada grew over four-fold in three years. In 1999 Mr. Pescatello founded MeTV Networks, Inc. a Connecticut corporation where he successfully wrote a detailed business plan for a new technology IPTV company and raised more than 6 million dollars in start up capital from angel investors. Mr. Pescatello conceived and managed the first generation of wireless PC to TV set top box converter, from product design through to sales and marketing strategies. The product was installed in the Microsoft partner’s solution center in Redmond, WA and was used by Microsoft to help launch Media Player version 7. He acted as President until early 2002 when all of the Connecticut corporation assets were sold to the Nevada based MeTV Network, Inc. Mr. Pescatello currently serves on the Board of Directors for MeTV Network, Nevada. Mr. Pescatello was written about in the Jim Romano book; “NET Know-How Surviving the BloodBath”. He has also been a speaker at several industry trade shows. He was recently asked by an S & P 500 company to consult on the IPTV market. Mr. Pescatello served in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division from 1983 to 1985.
