Mr. Wooten became a director of MeTV when MeTV purchased Elephant Broadcast, LLC, a company wholly owned by Mr. Wooten. Elephant Broadcast developed client side and head end solutions for the distribution of commerce and media over IP to PCs. Mr. Wooten handles financial reporting and is a key figure in the systems development, network integration, and implementation of partner solutions of Jetcast. Mr. Wooten previously was the Director of Finance for NewCare Health Corporation, which was on the NASDAQ (NWCA). He was responsible for the acquisitions of long-term care operations and properties and the financial operations for the company. Mr. Wooten was responsible for all disclosures and reporting requirements for taking the company public and reporting to regulatory bodies. Mr. Wooten was one of the founding officers of the company and worked for NWCA until 1997. His prior experience includes being a financial and accounting systems engineer with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Pakistan and Botswana where he developed MIS and AIS for national and regional governmental agencies. Mr. Wooten is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree
