Prime Pest Management (in business since 1991) is the flagship company of Engrad Investments Inc., which also includes Burnett Pest Control (in business since 1947), Irving Pest Control (in business since 1960), and Dalpex Pest Control (in business since 1985).

Prime Pest Management is a regional company with a focus on commercial pest control while also possessing the ability to provide nationwide service through our association with Copesan. PPM uses the latest in IPM (integrated pest management) treatment strategies, and is continuing a period of rapid growth, as our reputation grows.
