A Pleasant Surprise: Posted 8/20/08 by BLONDE1974 - I called and found that my former stylist, Sharon, was no longer working at Gino Salon. I was in a bind and the receptionist worked hard to get through to Carlos (the new stylist) and work me in. She was very pleasant and called me back within minutes.
