Frisco Home Inspector Discovers Shower Leak  January 02, 2011
Frisco Home Inspector owner Jeff Cardile, president of Lookout Capital Inspections discovers shower leak. Maybe 2011 is going to be the year of water leaks. We found two water leaks in 2 hours on the first day of the year. What a great day! We were hired to find a water leak. The home owner knew a leak existed but he was not sure of its origin. The home owner did not think it was the shower because about a year ago the entire shower pan had been redone. We turned on the camera and this is what we saw: [caption   [more info...]

Especially, if you do not even know a water leak exists. In this instance, we were performing a residential inspection for a buyer. We were able to l  [more info...]
