Beware of entering a contract with Dallas Realtor Cyndie Gawain.
I wish to publish a brief note that Dallas Real Estate Agent Cyndie Gawain has failed to perform as she agreed to in a contract for services with NetOffer. Our agreement was that NetOffer would provide digital marketing services, create content, and place content on several different web platforms on a monthly basis.
NetOffer, Inc. performed as agreed and achieved the targeted results by generating a number of highly visible positions on Page 1 of Google and other search engines, however, Cyndie Gawain decided not to complete the contract term due to financial inconvenience. NetOffer attempted to negotiate a compromise resolution when it became apparent that she was not going to honor her agreement. When she was presented with a variety of options to work out a compromise she summarily dismissed all options, was unwilling to negotiate a compromise, and said that we would have to sue her to get our money.
NetOffer has decided not to take the action of initiating a law suit because of the time and cost that is involved and the lack of certainty that any funds will ever be collected even with the certainty of winning such a suit.
We just want to make sure that if you are a vendor considering entering into a contact with Dallas Real Estate Agent Cyndie Gawain that you take caution and beware. She may not fulfill her contractual obligations.
