After going round and round with the illusive receptionist at the builder's office who would not take my obvious emergency seriously although I could not take a shower, Super-Pat stepped in to save the day again! My super-powers were being thwarted, but Pat instantly stepped in and miraculously got them to call me back within 10 minutes! Pat is great because he adjusts to your style of home-buying but will adjust again whenever needed to help you secure the home you really want and even follow-up after the sale to make sure everything is okay. You really don't want to be without this guy, or you may be regretting it for a long time! Don't wait! Call him now!
